Award Judges get the Measure of North Warwickshire

A recent visit to North Warwickshire Borough Council's Revenues and Benefits team by the judges for the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) awards panel proved fruitful as they have been shortlisted in two categories - 'Benefits Team of the Year' and 'Excellence in Social Inclusion'.

The use of GovMetric as a tool for measuring customer satisfaction and providing customer insight was featured as part of the presentation to the judges.

Revenues and Benefits Manager Mike Shaw said;

'GovMetric formed an important part of both of our presentations as it gave an unbiased and scientific view of what our customers thought of us. I think the judges were impressed that we had access to such good customer feedback and by the way we acted on the findings.

Here's hoping that we'll be successful at the awards ceremony on 30th September!'
