The GovMetric Service was developed in early 2006 in response to the then recently published Customer Service e Service Delivery Standards.

Working with Customer Service Managers across the East Midlands, and in partnership with Local Government East Midlands, the service was developed to meet the key objectives for customer facing organisation – outlined below:

  • Understanding their customers, their needs and their requirements.
  • Organising their channel strategy around the customer .
  • Optimising the efficiency of their access channels.
  • Having management information to enable quality decision making.
  • Being able to demonstrate progress.

Today GovMetric is the market leader in capturing customer satisfaction feedback at the point of service interaction. A current list of customers using the service can be found here.
