Graham Halls - Managing Director
Graham Halls has a proven track record in building fast growing, customer focused
businesses. Within rol, he ensures that the company has strong foundations for growth
by concentrating on both the financial health of the company and the delivery of
customer solutions.
Graham has successfully developed his career in a number of major companies, focusing
on business growth, service implementation and customer satisfaction. Before joining
rol, he was managing director of Ventelo Ltd (formerly GTS and Esprit Telecom),
for ten years, growing the company from inception into a successful and profitable
organisation with over 1000 business customers, 170 employees and revenues in excess
of £40m per annum.
Graham McKenzie – Operations Director
Graham McKenzie has over 25 years of experience in developing and applying efficiency
improving and cost saving technologies to a wide variety of markets including Government,
Manufacturing, Printing, Electronics and Defence in the UK, Europe, Japan and the
USA.
As GovMetric Operations Director, Graham is now applying this experience to helping
local government and other public authorities respond to the pressure for efficiency
and cost saving by developing the GovMetric product to address these issues.
Nic Streatfeild - Sales & Marketing Director
Nic Streatfeild is recognised as a leading exponent and facilitator of e-government.
His understanding of the e-Gov and Transformation agenda in the public sector has
developed over a number of years and been enhanced through contributing to Pathfinder
and National Projects with DCLG / ODPM, DCA and DTI. Nic is a strong believer in
sharing knowledge and best practice and is a regular contributor at events organised
by SOCITM, CIPFA, LGA, etc.
After graduating, Nic joined the Ericsson Graduate Training programme, before moving
to Cable & Wireless. In 1996, on his return to the UK after working in government
sectors for Cable and Wireless in Australia, he became one of the founders of Rutland
On Line, then one of the country's first community websites. Today, rol
provides services to local authorities throughout the country.
