Understanding and targeting communities for service
provision
CACI's ACORN products provide segmentation of citizens, to
deliver precise insights into the needs of your communities. The
segmentation allows you to differentiate by service need, channel
preference and future service demand. This data can be matched to
channel provision data to identify areas of over or under
provision, or other gaps.
The analysis is complemented by in-depth analysis of your
services and channels, mapping services to citizens through their
channel preferences and service catchments.
In planning service delivery you can then meet the needs of your
citizen customers by:
- Targeting service provision more effectively
- Improving communication efficiency by using the right channel
for the right citizen Commissioning services more accurately
- Communicating more effectively with targeted messages
CACI's datasets overlay to enrich the data. For example,
HealthACORN offers insight into diet, exercise and illness
attributes, Fresco classifies individuals by financial service
attributes. You can include data such as ethnic mix, age profiles,
deprivation indices, travel times (for physical service locations)
crime perceptions and health needs. The service can also be
provided with a strong geographic or site focus, including
analysing new or alternate services at existing sites (e.g.
schools, surgeries, libraries), new sites, or whether you should
move away from physical sites.
