Front End Developer

We are seeking an experienced Front End Developer to play a key role in the development of our SaaS solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop engaging user interfaces that distil massive volumes of data into actionable data visualisations for users.

What you'll do
 

  • Work within the Development team in the day-to-day build of the product portfolio

  • Work with the Product team to shape the user experience, including user journey design, storyboarding and UI mock-ups.

  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of the existing codebase

  • Ensure products meet accessibility, compatibility and responsiveness requirements.

What you'll bring
 

Essential
​

  • 2+ years of experience of designing interfaces for web applications

  • 2+ years of experience writing and maintaining reusable/modular high-quality code in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SASS

  • Familiarity with data-driven interfaces

  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills, confident to participate in internal and customer-facing meetings

  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise across multiple projects

  • Ability to think on your feet in a fast paced and rewarding environment

Desirable
​

  • Experience with Git version control

  • Experience with API integration

  • Experience of agile practices

  • Experience with Git version control

  • Familiarity with AWS and Windows operating systems

​

We offer flexible working arrangements for all our employees, in line with business needs. This role will be primarily home-based, although you should be able to attend the Oakham office on ad-hoc basis as required.
