Nic leads the Citizen Experience Improvement (CitX) team at GovMetric, working exclusively with public service providers to help them understand how citizens experience the services they deliver.
He strongly believes that systemic analysis of the Voice of the Citizen (VoC), Voice of the Employee (VoE) and behavioural and demand data are essential to correctly diagnose why services do or don’t work, and to identify the root causes of systemic failure.
Nic holds a Business Studies degree and is a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB programme at the Oxford University Business School.
Alix is the Marketing Lead at GovMetric, working exclusively with local councils, housing associations and other public sector organisations.
She believes that understanding the citizen experience from the ‘outside in’ is key to designing and delivering more effective and efficient public services, leading to better outcomes for citizens and communities and lower rates of failure demand.
Alix holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Sussex and further qualifications in graphic design and marketing.
Mark is leading the business development within GovMetric. His focus is on helping councils, housing and police benefit from feedback data gathered from their citizens, leading to outcomes to enable service improvement, and tackling failure demand.
For many years Mark has been providing services to the public sector, including communications and cloud-based services. His focus has always been using technology to tackle complex issues, yet simplify solutions to drive the outcomes required by clients to improve their service delivery.
Mark studied Marine business management at Southampton Institute decades ago, so it’s no surprise to know of his love of sailing and the great outdoors. Also, he volunteers for environmental tasks such as beach cleaning.
David is a successful GovTech leader with an extensive background in public engagement technology.
David is a senior advisor to GovMetric, and also serves as senior advisor to tech start ups and more mature tech businesses. He's a trusted advisor for a variety of tech companies seeking to accelerate their growth in key markets internationally, in the UK and across Europe.
He loves digital, product, marketing and sales. Likes nothing more than bringing new products to market and applying innovative technology solutions to solve problems.
David is a keynote speaker, digital communication adviser and former TechUK Public Service Board SME representative.
Stephen leads the customer success function at GovMetric, overseeing the implementation, support, and success services for the GovMetric UK public sector customer base. Stephen and his teams are dedicated to helping customers maximise their investment in GovMetric's CitX solutions and to ensuring they gain valuable, actionable insight from citizen feedback.
Having spent over 20 years delivering customer services, both within the public and private sectors, Stephen believes that only by understanding how citizens truly feel about public sector service provision, can those services be developed to reduce failure demand, deliver more efficient services, and ultimately have happy citizens.
Stephen’s varied career in retail, entertainment, leisure, local government, and private sector provides him with a unique understanding of customers and their behaviours. Stephen draws upon this expertise to help GovMetric's customers design their CitX solutions.
Graham leads the Commercial function at GovMetric ensuring that the company has strong foundations for growth, concentrating on both the financial health of the company and the resourcing of customer solutions.
Graham has successfully developed his career in several major companies and was formally UK Managing Director at Esprit Telecom focusing on business growth, service implementation and customer satisfaction.
Graham holds a degree in Business Studies.
