NCSW GovMetric

At the start of October we joined other companies across the UK celebrating National Customer Service Week with a series of events that highlighted the great work our customers do to improve citizens experience of accessing public sector services. 

 

We would like to thank Emily Doorbar of Staffordshire County Council, and Paul Pember from CX Score for their participation, as well as all our customers and team for taking part in our hosted webinar, and blogs during the week.
