National Customer Service Week (7-11 October) is just around the corner and it’s a brilliant opportunity to recognise the importance of delivering outstanding customer service. This year’s theme highlights the dedication of service professionals and explores how businesses can continue to meet and exceed customer expectations. New Social Care Standards
From April 2024, new regulations and enhanced CQC standards came into effect across social care, putting greater emphasis on service quality and accountability.
As these changes roll out, understanding and meeting the needs of both service users and providers is more crucial than ever.
